I found this off the coast of Brisbane. I've been told that it looks like a giant sea serpent hiding in the water.

I'd imagine its just sand banks caused by the tides and winds and all of that, and google managed to catch it on a particularly crazy-looking day
there are a few of them around, check out some of the other mouthes of rivers down the east coast.. here are a few..
