22:09:09 - September 25th, 2005 Your city of Omaha, Nebraska, USA was attacked by jokosr. 1 of your armies was killed (along with 1,600 troops) in the battle. 755 attacking troops were killed.You retained control of the city.
22:00:07 - September 25th, 2005 Your city of Omaha, Nebraska, USA was attacked by jokosr. None of your armies were killed in the battle, but you lost 163 troops. 100 attacking troops were killed.You retained control of the city.
21:54:58 - September 25th, 2005 Your city of Omaha, Nebraska, USA was attacked by jokosr. None of your armies were killed in the battle, but you lost 151 troops. 100 attacking troops were killed.You retained control of the city.
21:52:26 - September 25th, 2005 Your city of Omaha, Nebraska, USA was attacked by jokosr. None of your armies were killed in the battle, but you lost 124 troops. 100 attacking troops were killed.You retained control of the city.

But i did lose the city. and the attacker got it, it wasnt just abandoned.
I've got my lawyer here and he sais i can get a claim up to 5000 geo's on this.

ill settle for 3000 cause im a nice guy ;-)

I'm a witness. Jokosr took an abandoned city while it said Timmetie had retained control.
We are currently discussing if his troops commited suicide.

i attacked and right after it said this.........15:09:27 -

Strange that it isn't on the last activity page.
Should say something like: Omaha became unoccupied when Timmotie attacked an army outside the city and was defeated.

If he left to attack the surrounding army and lost then technically he didnt abandon nor did he lose the city. He was attacking outside the perimeter. Jokosr got the city because of that fight. Maybe it's a glitch as to how he got it but that's my idea of why nothing was really shown? Could be wrong though?

aah yes, but there is code for such a thing, it then sais timmiete's army attacked an army outside the city and lost, and i attacked with only 1 army.
i left the big one (or at least so i thought) inside.
