Default Refresh

Is there a way from an external program that is generating a KML file to cause GE to refresh that netowrk link immediately? The timed response works great for general use, but If my external program performs a query, I want to refresh that link when the file is available.

Thanks

The only form of refresh available is time or movement based, so you could either set the network link so it refreshes at half the period of the external program (eg; Program generates new data every 10 mins; GE refreshes every 2-5 mins) or you could just set it to refresh every time the GE window stops moving..

Right-click your network link, select edit, check the 'Refresh Parameters' box and have a fiddle, see what works best for you
