Orange Road in India

this one is just too bright to be a normal dust road. sugestions please...

If you look at the extent of the orange color, it seems to only extend from a facility to the northeast, which looks like a truck depot or factory southwest 1.25 miles to a small town. It looks like it is due to constant, heavy traffic between these two points. Possibly there is something shipped out of that facility which is coming off the trucks because the color is prevalent around that site.
