Default Avatars

There are some wonderful avatars here on GEH. My favorites?

My absolute favorite - I can watch this guy bob along for hours (OK, minutes, but he is too cool.)

The avatar has a certain attitude, just like the person behind it :-)

OK, I am biased, but it took me a week to figure out how to make a screen capture of the GEarth splash screen.

Pretty and globe-ish - nice artwork.

Continued - there appears to be a four image limit in posts:

I complemented this member on his/her avatar in a post last month.

Uh, what can you say about this avatar. It is different, that's for sure.

"Fly by night, away from here." One of my favorite Rush albums.

Can't leave Mickey's wife out, can I?

And rounding out the top (at least my top) 12 avatars:

Not so much the avatar, but the message. Does anybody still use I.E.?

Great Photography Tara.

Whenever I see this symbol, I know a good posting will follow.

Ok, it's dumb, but it makes me smile every time I see it.

Now with GAMES, so even if you can't be the best at GEWar, maybe you can set some highscores.

Default How do I design an avatar?

I want to edit my profile etc. and choose an avatar. No standard avatars are available to download. It seems I can upload an avatar. What are the rules for the avatar upload; file type, size etc?
Thanks in advance for any help.

It's written in your UserCP:

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 90 by 90 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
