I may have missed this in the downloads section (I just went through all of them) but I did not see it. This is in a dry lake area.

This structure is for oil exploration. The concentric cicrcles are for deep seismic profiling. Note that in each circle are equal spaced blasts. There are several drilling towers for prospection.
