Denied File "Imizamo Yethu Township"

Hi,
i saw you denied my file "Imizamo Yethu Township" with reason "We do not allow landmarking a city. One who wishes it may only use the search button".
This place is not a city, it is a part of the city "hout bay" where poor black people live.
