Could it be possible to kick inactive players? For example if a player hasn't done anything and is registered since 48 hours, he should get a mail with a warning and then if he still dows nothing he should be kicked.
Only players who registered and never played would be affected, which are still many I think. doped04 |

I think like this as well. Just look on the "Top Players" list, places 261-280. These cannot be "real" players ?!?

Inactive accounts automatically get deleted after 30days inactivity if I recall correctly.

48 hours is far too soon. What if I go away on holiday for a week or two? I'd come back expecting to have loads of resources to convert only to find that my account has been removed?

I was away on vacation with oodles of money and suddenly I'm not even able to log in ...... I'm mad as hell and can't .... wrong movie!
Oh well ... start again! give us 15 days of inactivity ... some of us don't take our computers on vacation! Thanks Mickey. |

Kicking inactive users after 48hours would be insane.
2 weeks would be to short too. 6 weeks maybe is ok, but everything under that would be curious. I`m visiting googleearthhacks.com about every week, but my last holiday were 6 weeks. And for example: http://www.googleearthhacks.com/dlfi...ch-Airport.htm that was my first action on googleearthhacks... 2.700 downloads so far that was on times no one needed to register. (loved that) |

When I open the army file I only see 48 player names. I don't know if players who just lost armies recently would be listet too. But after all that leaves us with a huge amount of inactive players (pre-reset players, fake accounts etc)
The majority of the 280 or so accounts is inactive |

I'm sure Mickey knows what he is doing with the inactive players so lets wait and see. There's probably already a script running that kicks you if you are inactive for x amount of time.
