Well the jackpot is going up by 15 geos per draw, so you'd hope he's getting at least 15 entries. If you bought a ticket and your number came up and he posted, "sorry no winner" - I'm sure you'd be miffed... As the lotto continues and the return starts rising, it will pick up steam.
