Maybe one of the resident airplane experts can help identify what type of plane it is, at over 43 meters it looks to be far too big to be some sandsculpture. My guess is that the plane has been there for longer than the surrounding structures. A great find though!!

It looks like an old 707. Those look like maybe some government buildings or military base just north of it. Probably used for some kind of training.
