Default Latitude/Longitude data slightly off?

Can anyone tell me why official latitude/longitude data - as found on the internet - always seems to be slightly off when you compare it to the one on GoogleEarth?

Thanks. :???:

Default Different map datums

Most likely is due to the two spatial data sources being captured in different map datums.
