New File Download scripts

As you may have noticed, I've written some new file download scripts in an effort to accomplish a few things.

I tried to simplify the interface so that:
- Google and other search engines could get to it easier
- Novices could download files without having to deal with the forums

Fortunately, the backend database is completely untouched, so the old version of the file system is still fully functional and it will continue to be so. If you'd like to access it the old way, just go here:
