This is a discussion thread for the following file:

Venezuela lightning tracker

The file will post a map of lightning strikes in Venezuela and the south part of the Caribbean Sea, as well as the strokes/minute (left corner). The map is refreshed every 5 minutes. It should be useful for tracking storms in real time, as for correlating other meteorological data with lightning strokes. There are other two files that shows the lightning maps in Florida and New Jersey. Hopefully a whole grid will be availables for lightning tracking in real time everywhere.
