Can anyone ID? Does anyone now what this is floating in a harbor in Tokyo? It almost looks like lumber.

I would agree that it is a lumber storage facility. They are pretty tight for space on their islands, and almost all raw materials are imported. Also, if you look to the direct north, it looks like some crane boats floating there, and some processed lumber on the parking lot just north of that. Hope that helps.
