Lightbulb GE Meta Atlas

This file attempts to bring together an extensive collection of quality resources for each country including Montenegro. Territories, protectorates and other non-sovereign locations were for the most part skipped at this time. The sources include when available:
The Country's Government
Mission to the UN
Flag
BBC Country Profile
CIA World Fact Book
Library of Congress Country Study
Google News
Google Images
Human Rights Watch
World Trade Organization
National TV

These sources have been picked to provide several points of view, stability of the website quality and scope of information.

Any Comments or suggestions for improvement should go to Phil Reynolds henrytilney@gmail.com

You've mistaken the Bulgarian flag with the flag of Brunei. The Bulgarian flag is white, green, red horizontal bands. The white represents peace, green represents the fertility of the Bulgarian lands, and red stands for the courage of the people. Better fix it

BULGARIA

Greenland and Faroe Islands are missing. They have their own flag and government even though they belong to Denmark.

There aren't a lot of Montenegro sources out yet. The sources I was using did not list them as a country yet and so they had no flag and I had to use what I could find.

I saw it spelled both ways in English sources so I went with what the country itself seems to prefer.

There was so many different ways of describing the relationship between countries and dependants it was often difficult to sort out the true nature of the relationship. The CIA world fact book describes it like this "part of the Kingdom of Denmark; self-governing overseas administrative division of Denmark since 1979 " and the BBC lists them as territories so I went with that. I look at it again.

Zambia does not have a country study and I forgot to take the text out of my template. Thanks for catching that for me.

None of the sources I used recognized Palestine as a soverien country yet they reffered to it as the Occupied Territories. Therefore, they had no flag and I used one that I thought would be stable even though the size was not ideal.
