Ideas for Overlays

I have 2 ideas for Overlays/Plugins:

1. I dunno if this would be possible but it would be cool. Create an overlay/plugin for IP tracerouting to show the route of an adress (like in VisoualRoute)

2. Create an overlay that shows where Hi-Res Imaging is available and where not.
