It's Paleis Noordeinde, the home of Queen Beatrix. And when you go a little to South-East, you will find the working space of Prince Willem-Alexander: Noordeinde 66. Even further in the South-East (Pixelation 2) you will find the Dutch Ministery of Defense. In fact, not the whole building is ministery, a part of it are ordinary houses or shops.
