Original 3D marker

On a lone island in the Aral sea is the original 3D marker for lat/long measurements of earth. is there a way to alter googles lat/long points to line up with this? its at 45 09 27.81N on east coast

I can't tell where the "east coast of the Aral Sea" is located because of the sad degradation of that body of water. Can you provide a current Lat/Long location in Google Earth format and an indication of what it should be?
