Default Realistic Add On discussion

This is a discussion thread for the following file:

Realistic Add On

Make google earth feel more real. Adds the moon, the sun, an extra star and a shadow to the actual google earth!

The earth texture overlay is horrendously lined up. Try lining it up more precisely then resubmit the file and I'll update it.

And the moon and sun quads cut in front of the earth atmosphere, which is horrendous.

I think that's just how GE works. However, if those were transparent PNGs, it would probably work better.

Even so, this is a very creative file!

Exclamation

The sun and the shadow on the earth are not in the same line.
Why is that?
And sorry to say this but that is no sun in my opinion!

Exclamation Do Not Use! Gave Me A Bsod!

Hello,
I downloaded this, thinking it looks cool, messed around with it a bit. Then Google Earth started giving me errors. So, I tried to close it, but before I got a chance, my computer got a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) and restarted.

To remove, in your "My Places" in Google Earth, right click the file and choose "Delete" from the pop-up menu.
