These falls are the most dangerous in the world.The width of the Congo River is 26 Km at Kinshasa (150 Km above) and in the rapids, only 800 meters! The depth is near 1000 meters at this place and nobody has never cross the falls alive. A french reporter Philippe de Dieuleveult, and some friends, felt in this place in 1984 when they tried to descent the river from its spring to the ocean.
