The Senate of Berlin today released a 3D model of the city center including the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, the new station and much more. It takes a while until all data is downloaded but it's definitely worth a look.

This is huge and impressive! I cannot believe they took so much time to create all of these buildings in such detail. I am very impressed.
